A great Evening

Thank you to all who participated in our annual fundraising banquet. It was a great evening. We are so grateful to those who came. And those who donated online, including our art auction which was coordinated by Celeste.

During the banquet Ruth shared about the problems of poverty in the slums. How CBC demonstrates love and offers opportunity everyday to children and their families. There were lots of videos from the project.

Next, Casie shared more about her trip to Brazil in August 2023. What she learned and how to apply it every day.

Marc spoke about some of the current challenges, including the gymnasium repairs. His message was that small seeds of faith have the potential to provide endless fruit.

Our special thanks to Pastor Caleb Harris from Warwick Assembly of God. Pastor Caleb took the offering. We would also like to say thanks to all the CBC Board Members and all the volunteers and sponsors.

We would like to thank City Life church where we hosted this great evening of events. And who continue to generously provide us with office space.

Finally, we are delighted to say that we reached the fundraising goal for our matching grant. This means that your banquet donations will be matched.
