New Oven
There is just one more addition needed to the main part of our new kitchen, a new oven. As you can see our current oven (below), is looking very tired and rusty and is becoming unsafe.
This old gas oven is no longer the best option for us to prepare 7,000 meals a month for children and staff.
With our new solar panels providing free renewable energy for the whole project, an electric industrial convex oven, is what is now recommended to meet our needs. It’s safer and easier to use.
The oven, accessories and installation will cost us $15,000 which is a lot of money for us.
