Green Chairs

We love green. You’ve probably noticed that it is CBC’s favorite color! However, if you have been to Brazil chances are you have sat on a white plastic chair. We are in need of 200 new chairs and we would like them to be green! These chairs will be used everyday for classes, group discussions, music lessons and chapel services.

Each chair costs $30 but it will provide a perch for a child to listen, learn, worship, pray and so much more. For the next three months we will be raising funds for these chairs with the goal of purchasing all 200 chairs before our big family lunch on November 15th.

These chairs will help bring color and life to our newly decorated chapel. They will also reduce the number of chairs we need to hire for all our upcoming big events.

The gymnasium is the biggest building in the grounds of the project and it is now 18 years old. The frame structure is being checked for rust damage and re-painted to protect it for the years ahead.
